Simple flow trigger only once a week/day

Hello,

i build a flow to check for files on the sharepoint being edited sending out an email.

With sharepoint automated saving it started to annoy people with regular emails. I would like to run this process

only once a day/week. What do I have to build before the "when a file is created or modified in a folder" action?

Hi @flow1338

You can Use the "Schedule" as the Trigger and Then after you can check condition for the Created Items into the LIst/Library and Do the Further process as per your business need.

Hope this Approach helps you.

Does this check the changed date to the last time in ran?

Yes, We can.

We just have to Compare the Modified date of the Document with the "utcnow()" Expression.

Yes Please dont Forget to change the Date Formate of UTC Now Function as per the SharePoint system generated Date.

For The Formation of the UTC now Expression, There is one Expression : "Formatedateandtime()" Expression will help you.

In case you have any problem please feel free to post here,

Thanks and Regards
