Solutions flow dynamics 365 crm stopped working

Hello everyone,

I have created recently a solution flow for Dynamics CRM 365 Online. The flow idea is whenever a record is updated I will send an email for a user with the record updated details.

 

Yesterday I have turned off the flow, then today when I switched the flow to on and I make the modifications, firstly the flow takes a long time to run without any effect. Secondly, the flow doesn't trigger the Lead id in the action of "When a record is updated". Knowing that the flow was running before perfectly without any issue.

 

Furthermore, I am using Common Data Service of my current environment action to trigger an entity to pull data from it using fetch XML from the results of advanced find in the Lead entity.

 

In addition, when I redirect to processes in dynamics to check the created modern flow and I try to open it I got an error showing that "Unknown entity name", since the entity already exists.

The flow runs without finding the Lead ID that is modified.

Thanks for the screen share.  @Julien2 mentioned that this flow was created as part of a solution and it was working fine for the last few days. There was some issue with the trigger and flow was not triggering at all. Removed the trigger step and added back again. That didn't resolved the issue. Then created a personal flow without a solution where the trigger is whenever the lead was updated (D365). This worked as expected. Tried to create another new flow under the same solution and everything is working as expected. Still not sure why the other flow is not triggering correctly.
