Start Flow from a Form

Hello,

Have you ever considered starting a flow from a form? I know that flows can be started from Forms, but it could be useful to have the possibility to create a form with Sharepoint list like fields (free text, choice, people/groups) and trigger different actions (approvals, putting them in a Sharepoint list, etc.).

Regards

Wim

Re: Start Flow from a Form

Hi @wplingers

For form, do you mean the SharePoint Form(Data View)?

Currently Microsoft Flow could be only available to work with Microsoft Forms, it is no possible to work with SharePoint form.

There is an idea submitted on this:

SharePoint Form

From my own understanding,  I don't think that would work.

As Data View (Form) under SharePoint do not, however, support SOAP and REST Web service connections.

Check the reference.

Regards,

Michael
