Hi, I have built an approval workflow and the client rejected as the Approval email looks like a phishing expedition. They prefer to see the proper company email html template. In the very least, a logo. Also the email sender is "Microsoft Flow" - maccount@microsoft.com... they prefer an official company address.
Other UserVoice ideas already discuss the option to remove the "Requested by" individual or changing so that the Requested by can be on behalf of a team. Another to be able to change the GMT timestamp to the local timezone, or remove all together... Overall the Approval email notification is disappointing.
Someone suggested to use the 'Email with Options' action as a workaround, but this is even worse as you cannot capture the name of the person who hits the button, nor their comments.

Yes, as your said, the "Start an approval" action and the "Send email with options" action both couldn't meet your needs.
You could submit your ideas to flow idea forum if you have any suggestions to microsoft flow, so it might be considered in the future releases:
