I'm running into an issue when trying to create a state machine workflow in Microsoft Flow.
Basically, the flow is split into 3 parts with a switch statement which switches on the WorkflowStatus. The workflow in question populated a Microsoft Word document and creates a purchase order with the information within the SharePoint list item.
However, one of the switches is named "Regenerate" and if a tick box is marked as yes then the Microsoft word document is deleted, and re-created with the updated values. I have tried to use 'Get item' to retrieve the values after the list item has been amended however it only ever brings through the original information.
Does anyone have any ideas ? I can post some screenshots of the Flow if I'm not being clear enough.
Thanks in advance!
Hi @rapidjuice ,
If possible, please take a screenshot to illustrate the issue you are experiencing so that we can perform an accurate analysis.
Please see links to images below, not sure how to upload images any more unfortunately ......
You'll notice in the last image that when the case is regenerate, I am using get item to (hopefully) retrieve the updated list item values before the Word document is populated again, however it still populates with the original info and no updated.
