Status Code 202 "When a new email arrives in a shared mailbox"

I have a Flow I am trying to create to have a work item created in VSTS based on emails that arrive in a shared mailbox.  However, every time it checks the mailbox it is skipped with a status code of 202.  I have full access to the shared mailbox.  Anyone have an idea what is causing this issue?

Re: Status Code 202 "When a new email arrives in a shared mailbox"

Hi @Dtraynham,

Could you please share a full screenshot of your flow's configuration?

Further, could you please show a bit more about the error message?

The 202 error told that the request has been accepted for processing, but the processing has not been completed. The request might or might not be eventually acted upon, and may be disallowed when processing occurs.

More details about the HTTP Status Code 202, please check the following article:

I have made a test on my side and don't have the issue that you mentioned. My flow's configuration as below:14.JPG

The flow works successfully as below:15.JPG

Please check if you have filled proper Shared email address within Mailbox Address field of the trigger. In addition, please consider take a try to clear cache of your browser and try your flow again to check if this issue is solved.

Re: Status Code 202 "When a new email arrives in a shared mailbox"

This flow is working now.  It turns out that the problem was that it will on run on new messages that i place in the folder i selected.  So, it was not an error, just a lack of understanding how the trigger functioned.
