hello. can someone help me with the flow I'm working with.

I created a flow wherein it triggers an approval once someone submitted a form. It works well and synced in a live excel file. I would like to add a column in the live excel file that automatically updates once the form gets approved or rejected.

Can you share how you are currently syncing to the excel file?

Have you tried using Update Row?
