Stop Flow from applying to all my doclib

Hi all,

I designed a Flow that moves documents from a SharePoint library called "Submission Library" to another if an admin validates it by changing the value of a Choice column named "Validation" from "In Progress" to "Validated".

The documents then move to different libraries depending on their "Library" column value. If "Library" column says "Library 1" then it move to Library 1 and so on.

My problem is that when several files are awaiting validation in the "Submission Library" if on is validated, they are ALL move as if they were validated even if they are not.

Do you have any idea how to resolve that ?

Here is part of the Flow (sorry half is in French, I hope it won't be an issue) :

Thanks a lot,

Best regards,

Raphael

Re: Stop Flow from applying to all my doclib

Are you using the same collection of documents from the dyanmic data in your inner loop that you use in your outer loop?  If you are then that's the problem.  Because then you are processing all the documents to move them IF any one document meets the criteria.  Instead of having a second loop the Yes side of the condition should proccess just the document that was tested.
