Store email in SharePoint

I want to store emails in either a SharePoint List or Document Library. I would prefer to store the entire email and then perhaps a few additional attributes. I can't find a way to do it.

I can use the 'SharePoint - Create File' Action to add the attachments into a Document Library. But I am limited by:

1. an email with X attachments will be spread into X entries
2. file will be overwritten if a file with the same filename already exists

Any way to work around that?

I tried 'SharePoint - Create Item' Action as well. But no way for me to save the attachments there. Even though a SharePoint List by default have an atttachment container.

Thanks for the feedback.

Currently Email Attachments can't be managed as a single data as it is defined as a collection.

If we use the create file action, it will then generate each file for every single attachments.

We have feedbacks submitted on this already.

Any way to use Flow to save an entire mail message in a SharePoint Library or List? - Simply as a .msg object. Like you could in previous version of SharePoint.

It could be a workaround for me for now.

I have created an entry in the 'Flow Ideas' facility. If you need the ability to get to the full email (in MSG or EML) format so it can be archived, or passed on to other services, then please upvote the idea.

In my company, we use harmon.ie, an add-in for Outlook. It's fully integrated with SharePoint. We can drop a email in a SharePoint library directly from Outlook and a lot of information are stored by default.

That add-in is also interesting for managing metadatas and files without leaving Outlook.

Step 1 : Use the standard template "Save my mail attachments to a sharepoint document library". 

Step 2 : use filters in the on new email attachment as per your requirement 

Step 3 : Export email(v2). Use id as message id

Step 4 : apply to each create file . the catch is in storing the file name. pl store the file name with .eml extension and it would solve the problem.  pl choose whatever you want to chose as the content.
