Strange UTC conversion issue -- time slightly off

Was going to post in "I found a bug" but figured I'd start here...

Scenario: SP list with vacation requests. Column for Start Time and column for End Time. Flow approval sent upon item creation. Email sent to user on approval/denial. Email subject line contains start/end times. Upon conversion, time is adjusted by varying number of minutes.

Here's the Get Item property of an item in the list:

Here's the code that converts and formats the start time:

convertFromUtc(outputs('Get_item')?['body/Start_x0020_Date_x0020_and_x0020'],'Central Standard Time','MM/dd/yy hh:hh')

Here's the resulting time:

And that's how the time shows in the email:

Here's another one with similar deviation (original was 1:00pm and 5:00pm):

Has anyone come across this? Any ideas?

Thanks very much!

Can you change the following in the convert function? instead of hh:hh change it to hh:mm

convertFromUtc(outputs('Get_item')?['body/Start_x0020_Date_x0020_and_x0020'],'Central Standard Time','MM/dd/yy hh:mm')

Wow. How ridiculously stupid do I feel... Thanks Prasad -- both for pointing out my first-grade mistake AND for being nice about it.

Goes to show you how sometimes the more you look at the obvious, the less obvious it becomes.
