Sudden error: Flow was working fine and suddenly unable to group emails to send one email to multiple recipients

I've built a flow that has been working perfectly...until today! I am baffled.

This flow is supposed to send ONE email to MULTIPLE recipients. Here is how it's built. I initialized the variable and appended it for multiple emails. The value in the appended string variable is followed by a semicolon.

In the "To" of the email, I use the MultEmails (the result from the above).

Today instead of sending ONE email to all four recepients that were entered into the "Team Lead" field, it sent FOUR email duplicates.

HELP 🤣🙏🙏🙏

@eric-cheng i think the issue was with having the display name dynamic content that I was using inside the email. Once I removed it, I was able to move the email out of the loop. Once I did that, it started giving me a new error (that I also didn't have before), it's like the flow is falling apart or something. Per community rules, I posted it as a separate issues; here is the link if you by any chance know the solution. Thank you again.

Hi @oaghaei ,

Can you post a screenshot of your entire flow as its difficult to provide an accurate answer based on the snippets.

But from what I can see, you have the Send Email action in a loop for each team lead which i assume is a multi person field?  You should move this out of the loop.

Thank you for @eric-cheng responding. Yes it's a multi person field. When I try to move it out of the loop, i get this message:

Here is my flow, it's long, I expanded the relevant cards:
