Summary mail

Hi guys,

I want to create flow with 3 sql tables :

First table : personal

Secondary table : Date with ID Personal and ID Medical check

And Last table :medical check

I want to send mail once a month with summary of all the dates in a same mail when Date is below 3 months.

Can you help me ?

Could you share more details on the tables?

What columns are there in each table?

I assume that in secondary table, there are columns date, and ID personal and ID Medical check. How about the other two tables?

In the first table, i have name of person and in the last table, i have name of medical check.

when the date is 3-month-old compared with the today's date i want to send mail  like this:

Jhon  21/10/2018 Medical chech-up

Steven  21/11/2018 Medical chech-up

...

...

...

...
