Sync deleting files from 2 SharePoint sites

I am trying to create an exact copy of a document library on a different site and copying of files back and forth works fine. But I wasn't able to set up deletion of files so that both libraries are synchronized.

Can someone help with it or point out to flow solution for similar topic?
