Hi all!
Our company decided to create a public library in each department where only major versions are visible.
This means that only the online edition of the documents works. If you browse the library with OneDrive, everything is read-only :
In order to facilitate our work, I would like to duplicate this library to work in a less restrictive copy.
So if in library A (private) I add, modify, publish or delete a file/folder in major version (1.0, 2.0, 3.0, etc.), the major versions of the files/folder should be created, updated or deleted in library B (public).
This flow would be one-way, always from library A to B.
Of course, if you have any suggestions on how to do this differently, I'm all ears!
Thanks a lot!
Hugo.
EDIT1: if possible the versions of the files should be kept.
So if today in library A I publish File1.docx in version 1.0, that it is copied in library B, and that tomorrow I publish a version 2.0, it should be possible to see File1.docx version 2.0 in library B.
