TFS/Outlook Integration support for TFS Iteration Capacity

Currently I'm looking for an easy way to autoamtically trigger an update to a TFS Iteration capacity when a new all-day event is added to the future Outlook Calendar. I'm probably going to end up manually coding an application to do this using the TFS RESTful API and possibly Microsoft Graph but it would be nice to use a plug and play option like Flow in the future.

Eventually I would like to see full API support for TFS. I imagine TFS integration with other applications would have powerful results.
