if there are Several Tasks created, say Tasks A, B, C, and D and Task D is set to status Completed first. All of the workflow below Tasks A,B, C, and D will get triggered as well.
How can we overcome this?

it gets messy, when the newer Tasks (i.e. Task D is set to Completed first) got Completed before the previous Tasks, it will the succeeding workflows for Tasks A, B, and, C as well..
In other words, the workflow can't track Task Ids.. it's important because the next workflows needs to get inputs from the Form, Channel's Message Id, Spreadsheet info, etc. that will be pass to the Approvals and emails at the end of the workflow.
