Hello everyone, since in Italy we are most likely facing a new lockdown, i wanted to promote the usage of Shifts inside my organization, I built a scheduled flow that retrieves all the schedules and saves them in a sharepoint list and everything works fine. The issue i'm experiencing is that when creating a Shift, the user can set up to 90 minutes of unpaid pause (aka lunch time). Inside the app, Shifts correctly subtracts this time to the overall shift time, so that weekly/monthly worked hours are still correct. This means that my colleagues are using this feature, and not the activity features that is far more complicated and requires you to specify at what time you will eat, to communicate how long their lunch pause is. Sadly, i can't find any way to access this piece on information through flows. Did someone else experience it? is there a work-around?
Please review the documentation for Shifts for Microsoft Teams to review all of the connector's available actions. Further, you can review the Shifts for Microsoft Teams Graph API endpoints, such as Get shift, which can: "Retrieve the properties and relationships of a shift object by ID."
If you could provide an expanded screenshot of your Flow and steps, your Flow run history, and of any detailed error messages you're receiving we could likely better assist you. Also, for the best results, you may want to review How to write a good forum post.
