I've been uing this 'For a selected message' in several flows, no problem so fur.
Now, on designing a new one, I found an issue, that is the Adaptive Card editor is not loading properly? Is this happening to somebody alse also? Any suggestions / workaround?

Yes, I have the same issue in my dev tenant with FireFox. Seen it for the first time about a week ago.
Haven't found a workaround yet.
I am getting a adaptivecards-designer.css was blocked due to MIME type (“text/html”) mismatch (X-Content-Type-Options in my web console btw 😁
Hey folks just a small update, we're still investigating this issue. But in the interim there is a workaround which disables the editor and takes the adaptive card json directly which might help unblock you. I know its not the most ideal solution but just wanted to share this out in case you're blocked from enabling your use cases.
Add the overrideFeatures=DesignerNewAdaptiveCardTriggerEditor:false to the query url can turn off the editor this will change the trigger to take regular inputs instead.
NOTE: Once enabled the flag will be active for the duration of your browser session so in order to revert to the editor you will need to reset the flags to default using "overrideFeatures=" ie with no input. Or alternatively to clear your cache and cookies.
