Template is Incomplete

Hello All!

I have a flow that I have generated (with some wonderful assistance from here) that I have a slight issue with now. 

It starts from a Forms and pulls the data to generate the Microsoft Word Template that I have created. 

Everything runs through smoothly and it generates the Word document as I would like. However, I have noticed that some of the questions are not generating the answers in the template. 

The items highlighted below are not being pulled in even though the information was filled out in the form.

Also, I'm slightly confused why the answer to one of my questions in the middle of this group copies over but the rest don't. 

Is there a way to pull that data over to the template?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi @brandikirback ,

I suspect it is a data format issue, please try and add a initialize string variable, use this variable to fill the corresponding field of the word template.
