Test connection failed when trying to post message to users as Flow bot

Hi there,


I am building a flow to post an adaptive card as the flow bot to a user (the flow is part of the Crisis Communication app). The first time I ran the flow there were some 'out of call volume quota' errors, which is why I wanted to make the connection for the step posting the messages with an account that has an extended flow license. However, when I try to make that connection, I get the following error message:

Does anybody know what to do about this?

hi @Merel  this is a momentary error, normally it solves qucikly by the MS Team PA. Just wait it could be takes 1 day
