The Mail connector is currently restricted for new tenants.

Hi all,

I've rebuild a flow that starts an approval after a form is completed. The previous flow worked 3 months ago, but after not using it for a couple months it gave an error. So I've rebuild it and now I get this error when it tries to process the output of the approval mail:

The Mail connector is currently restricted for new tenants. Please consider using alternatives like Office 365 Outlook, Gmail, SendGrid connector instead. If you still need to use this connector, please contact Microsoft support.

I know the flow is in Dutch, but the error isn't. I've tried the 'for each' option, but it gives the same error.

Here is the flow itself

Any tips/tricks/advice are welcome.

Hello @BasvSlooten ,

I don't think you can do anything else than the error recommends. If you really need the 'Send an email notification' action (with all its limitations) then contact Microsoft support, otherwise use the Outlook 365 action 'Send an email (V2)'.

I was able to fix it with the Outlook 365 action 'Send an email (V2)'

Thank you for pointing me in that direction, I first couldn't find this option, but now I did.

Hello, I am also encountering the same issue for send an email notification action.

But I couldn't find "send an email (v2)". Please see the screen shot for your reference.

So could you direct me which one is "send an email (v2)?

@Sithu
When I search for Outlook in 'all', the send an email V2 is the second one I can select
