The response is not a JSON format

Morning Community

I have an issue I am trying to rectify. I have PDF documents saved in a SP library what I would like to to is collect those documents and combine them into one PDF. I have been trying to utilise the Merge documents to PDF (encodian) to perform this however when each time I do this it fails saying that 'The response is not in a JSON format'. I have tried a couple of solutions to rectify this but without success.

Has anyone had any success performing this without premium connectors as the company this is for will not approve?

Hi @Kmayes

The error is staging that you have entered an invalid API key.

If you haven't already you need to sign-up for an API key here: https://www.encodian.com/apikey

You then need to update your existing Encodian connection with the correct API Key, instructions here: https://support.encodian.com/hc/en-gb/articles/360025259113-Update-an-existing-API-Key

You'll then be up and running... you may find the following articles helpful:

Hi @Kmayes

The Encodian connector is not premium, it is standard.

'The response is not in JSON Format' is a generic Power Automate error... the inner error will explain the full message, for example:

Can you please share the full details of the error message?

Thanks Jay
