Time COnditions/formatting

Hello Everyone let me lay down the general premise for what the flow is trying to accomplish

 

Client wants an after hours/holiday email forwarding service.

 

When an email is received it will be forwarded or passed along

if the time is after(greater than or = to) 4:30pm and before (less than or = to) 7:00am

send the email to a service email

if not within time frame, do nothing

 

and in the future i would manipulate this templates to just include the dates for holidays on the same-or separate flow.

 

Am i formatting the time in the condition wrong?

 

For the time being im testing in house to see if it will forward to a coworkers email and changed that forward condition to hours im actively working on this today.
