Hi @mowafakgabal ,

You could consider creating flows in other environments for testing. Please take a try.

Re: Too many flows created User has 600 of a maximum of 600

Hi @mowafakgabal

There is a maximum limit to the number of Flows a user can create

I believe if you create a support ticket with MSFT, this limit can be raised for your tenant

Re: Too many flows created User has 600 of a maximum of 600

Why would you have that many Flows created and running individually?! It would be a nightmare to manage and update if and when tweaks are made. I'd seriously rethink your Flow architecture if I were you, as it sounds absolutely untenable.

Firstly, I'd look at the ability to trigger Flows from another Flow (called Nested Flows), and have "action" or "function" Flows that perform the functions across all of your properties. I'd stop whatever you are doing, and rearchitect your environment before it becomes even more of a hassle than it already has no doubt become.

What happens if something changes with how your Flow works, and you have to change it 600+ times or more? There is a limit of 600, because how you are using the tool is not how it was designed to be used. There are ways to extend your Flow greatly, that doesn't require a great number of Flows.

If you post a few screenshots of your Flows, I have no doubt myself or other Flow experts could greatly improve your Flow workload and processes. I'm betting a much butter architecture would be to have a Flow for each of your properties, that all call in the same handful of action or functional Flows as needed.

With that design, if and when changes or improvements are made to your Flow process, you only have to update the handful of action or functional Flows to reflect the changes, not every single Flow in your environment. Think of the shared Flows in this scenario as programatic functions, and your property-specific flows as programatic variables.
