Transfer specfic item from a sharepoint list to a table in excel with a Powerapps button

I have created an app which creates PDR (personal development reviews). It basically is a very large sharepoint list and on powerapps is a form that you can create and edit.

Once the PDR has finished I want to create a button that will trigger a flow that will transfer the specific item in the list to the excel table.

My issue is that I don't know how to specify within flow which item to transfer to excel.

I hope someone can help

Re: Transfer specfic item from a sharepoint list to a table in excel with a Powerapps button

Hi @CBI_Oshin ,

You need to get the ID of the specified item from PowerApps, then get the item's info through the Get item action and insert it into the table.

Besides, please check this online doc and get more  details about start a flow in a canvas app:

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powerapps/maker/canvas-apps/using-logic-flows
