I've combed through the forums, but nothing is working. I need my flow to check for a date column from Sharepoint and wait until that date to send an email. See below.

It seems that you need to adjust the order in which Apply to each is used.
Please refer to the following image to configure Flow.
I did a test on my side and created a column called Last Day Worked with type Date and no Time.
So I don't need to use formatDateTime() function to change the column value to ‘yyyy-MM-dd’ format.
