I have two adress : mine and an noreplu when I have a new request by email from a existing or new customer, i would like the noreply adress to reply a setence to make customer wait. I know the email subject would be specific words like Chocolate, Tea, Coffee. I would like to exclude the email replied. Exclude : Aw, Re, Fwd, Fw, .... Not too repeat stupidly same email
Purpose is to temporasize and redirect the request. Have an automatic message saying I will revert later and by the way tell customer if they need this they can contact another colleague, for this it is me, etc.
