Trigger an email when an outlook email is received

Hi, Folks,

Daily I receive tens of email "CC" I'm not in "TO". The email is addressed to employees under my supervisory I need to create a flow that triggers an email to the exact employee. Every time the flow should capture the employee's email and an email him/her accordingly.

Could you show your flow?

@Mohamed1988, is the recipient email = employee`s email?

If so, you can use this example to send another email to the employee.

If the scenario is different, please add more details like an example of email received, the email sent to employee,  your flow, etc.

@flaviatakushi ,Thanks for your reply and sorry for my late response.

Please see the below screenshot. The idea is when I receive an email from "X" sent to "Y" - one of my employees - by default I should be copied in the email "Tosince I'm the direct manager. I'd like to trigger a notification email to this "Y" employee urging him/her to reply to the mail asap. 

P.s: there are 20 employees under my supervisory and they all should get the same email.
