Trigger an event if a meeting occurs before or after a specific time of day

I'm a little unsure how to use the available logic to create a filter for the time of day of the beginning or end time of an Event created in an Office365 calendar.

 

For example, I would like flow to create an event on my personal calendar (Outlook.com) if an event is created on my work calendar that starts before or after business hours (if event is before 9am, add it to my personal calendar, if after 5pm, add it to my personal calendar, else do nothing).

From the workflow definition language site, you could see that the less/greater function only support for integer, float, or string.

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/logic-apps/logic-apps-workflow-definition-language

 

So you need to first using the formatDateTime function to format the dynamic content to only time pattern, and then use the less/greater function to compare.
