Trigger flow when a entity property is changed, possible?

Hello

Anyone knows if it would be possible to trigger a flow in some way if the value of a entity property is changed?

In my case i have a related "User" property telling me who's the Key Account Manager. And if i changed that property in my entity form. I want to get the primary email of that new Key Account Manager and send him an e-mail. Just dont know how flow would know if the property is changed.....

/Elias

Hi @Softbear ,

I was confused about the model-driven app, which app is specifically?

Could you please share a screenshot of the business process flow?

Acctually, currently the entering of stakeholders is not in the BPF. Its in the entity Form.

So i have this property in my enitity called "Key Account Manager" which is a related from the entity "User" . And when that property is changed, i want to send an email to the updated user.

Thats what i need!

@v-zhos-msft u get it?

Hi @Softbear ,

Thanks for feedback.

What I want to know is where is the data come from?

As you said, the data is in the Form, and where is the Form stored.

For example, in the Sharepoint or in Onedrive.

As you know, when using the flow, you need to connect to the data via the connector to monitor the change of the data.

Sorry for that I can't understand your scenario clearly.

Hi again @v-zhos-msft

No problem, guess i'm not so good at explaining 😃

The data is stored in Common Data Service and enterd via a entity form in a Model-Driven Application 🙂

Thanks for helping!

Hi @Softbear ,

Thank you for your patience.

I have made a test on my side, please take a try with the following workaround to check whether it can achieve your needs.

You should choose the entity of yours.
