Trigger from Google Sheets to action in Dynamics

What I need to achieve is this... When an event is created in Calendly, take all of this data and create a new record in Dynamics.

However, we've added 2 question fields in Calendly, but it appears that Flow only works with standard fields, no question/answer fields, whihc seems a little odd, if it is indeed connecting to my Calendly account.

So, trying to be clever, I used a Zap to get all of the data from Calendly into a Google Sheet. Success. The hope being that creating a new row in the Sheet would trigger Flow to create the new record. But, no. It appears Flow cant be triggered from Sheets.

As Blackadder would say, "I need a cunning plan".

Appreciate any thoughts/alternatives for me to achieve my outcome 🙂

Hi @Stixster ,

Please check this online doc and get more details about Calendly and Google sheets connector:

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-gb/connectors/calendly/#definitions

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-gb/connectors/googlesheet/

According to the documents, we could know that the response from Calendly is fixed, so we could only get the standard fields.

And there is no trigger in Google sheets connector. Maybe you could consider adding a date column in Google sheets to record the created date of the records.

Then you could set Recurrence as the trigger and filter the records created yesterday daily and create new records in Dynamics.

Hope this helps.
