I am trying to create a flow to simulate an on-prem feature "Email-enabled Library", and my flow is like the below screen capture.
I then try to sent email into the shared mailbox, and I found the flow is not triggered at all. Anyone experience similar issue, and can share me the possible solution ?

Hi LEEBE,
After you created the shared mail box, please make sure you have created a connection with Office 365 Outlook using the shared mail box login and password. Then when you create the flow, please make sure you change the connection to the shared mail box you have created.
Please check the connection first then try it again.
Best regards,
Mabel Mao

Hi Mabel Mao,
When i add my shared mailbox as a connection, i never see it listed under 'my connections' on the screen you have highlighted?
Another issue i have is that it only works if i enter the email address, then select it from the pop up below from my internal email directory, plus remove the semicolon and finally it keeps deselecting the email and im having to go in and reselect it from my directory constantly!
Also this connector of looking at a sharedmailbox has some serious lag time when monitor the the mailbox for new emails, are you guys aware of this issue?
Thanks
Anthony Kell
