Hey all, I want to create a semi-automated checklist.
The idea is that I want to send an email to a shared mailbox, let's say with subject BOT the power automate will create a task in the Planner by filtering the "BOT"
When the task is created another power automate will send an email to specific people with the checklist.
I would also like the option if there was a way to update the planner with another email but I think that it is not possible.
Any help in the above will be much appreciated.
So I started the first part.
I found the flow "Create a task in Planner when a new email arrives in a shared mailbox" which looks similar to what i want.
I try to filter the specific subject for task creation inside the planner.
but I get the bellow error and I can't figure why.
Would appreciate any help/advice.

Can you share a screenshot of the configuration/setup of your Create a task action? I am assuming you are using a couple of dynamic values from the email arrives trigger action in that create a task action.
The setup looks ok. Tested that myself on a demo environment and wasn't able to reproduce this issue.
Can you expand the Create a task action (like in the example below) from your first screenshot to show what your input is in the failed flow?
The only odd thing I am seeing in that screenshot is that you are missing a Group Id value? I am also not seeing that option in your configuration screenshot.
Can you temporarily add another create a task action to your flow setup and spot any difference between the two actions?
