Hi there,
I am new to flow, and have been struggling with this for the past two days.
I get leads from a service, that sends me an email with the name of the lead, the phone number and the email address. The lead email has a consistent subject header, so I can use that to trigger a connector of some sort
Ideally, I would like to set up a flow that upon receipt of the email, my system will automatically send two emails. One thanking them, and indicating that a staff member will be in touch shortly, and a second email with some information about our services, and ways to book an appointment.
Ideally, I would have flow read the email, then create a contact within office 365, and then send out the two emails.
I realize that may not work, so I was also trying to figure out, once I get the lead, if I manually enter the information into a contact form, I would like the emails to be send from there. There does not seem to be a trigger where a contact is created. I tried through google contacts, but i kept getting errors.
Any suggestions?
Hi @steveoffenheim,
It seems that you are trying to get the info in the email body then save it as a contact. I am afraid that it might be not possible.
There is a similar request at Flow ideas Forum, please vote the idea at here:

Currently Flow doesn’t have a trigger for when a contact is created, please vote the similar idea at here:

I will help collect and report it on my side.
