Hi all,
I don't have a flow to show you.
I do have an Outlook screenshot to share.
Here's the concept. We have a series of rooms that get booked for meetings, and it's not very manageable for people to see what is booked easily.
I was thinking of a flow that creates an item in SharePoint, every time an item is added/edited/deleted. Then displaying that on a site that everyone can see.
The client doesn't want to use SharePoint as a starting point, they want to use Outlook.
I was thinking of using the Outlook trigger "When an event is added, updated, or deleted (V3)", but the way rooms are set up, there is no account that could be selected to choose from.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
