Hi there,

He shows how to get all the data from this run and previous runs into a single Excel spreadsheet starting around the 1:56 mark in Part 2 of the video.

While he still collects the data into another Excel sheet to start with, he then copies it into the single spreadsheet.

Hi there,

If you're looking to scrape data from sites, you're probably going to want to use Power Automate Desktop, and likely scheduled so you'll need a premium license.

Here's a step by step on that: https://medium.com/geekculture/power-automate-web-scraping-3ed9b513b4ad

For sentiment analysis, then you'll need to use AI Builder.

You can find the costing for the analysis here, you're looking at $500 a month, minimum.

https://powerapps.microsoft.com/en-ca/ai-builder-calculator/

Here are the step by steps on how to make use of that:

Cheers,

Rhia

hello @Rhiassuring

Thank you for your response but I need to fetch dynamic reviews(every day updated reviews).

Currently, I am unable to store Extracted data from webpage output in my excel. It creates every time new excel.

Yes, using the scheduled run will scrape the data every day for you. That is why you need the premium license, to be able to use that feature in Power Automate Desktop.

So is your issue that you want to keep collecting data into the same Excel file?

Try this YouTube walkthrough:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_O9eEotCT0U

This is exactly what you are looking to do, so you should be able to follow through step by step.

If you have more specific questions around each part as you work through it, you may want to try the Power Automate Desktop forum.

@Rhiassuring  Thanks, for sharing the link. It is useful but does not show how we can insert flow data in a single excel. Still the flow creates every time a new excel sheet. So I am not able to fetch data in single excel.
