Trying to send an email when a new email arrives.

I have a 3 step flow that i am attempting to setup. As of right now i have two issues with it. Firstly, the flow is:

When a new email arrives in a shared mailbox, get a row out of an excel file and then send an email based off of the Excel row.

The excel file contains User, Message Body, Subject as a table, saved into the cloud.

The first problem is using an expression in the get a row rule. I am in looking in the Excel document for the User Row to base which Message body to send with.

Expression:

toLower(triggerBody()?['To'])

Error:

InvalidTemplate. Unable to process template language expressions in action 'Get_a_row' inputs at line '1' and column '2646': 'The template language function 'toLower' expects its parameter to be a string. The provided value is of type 'Null'. Please see https://aka.ms/logicexpressions#toLower for usage details.'.

I can remove the toLower portion of the expression and it will make it past this.

The next problem I have occurs in the final step, Send an email from a shared mailbox.

It claims the rows are null:

{
"status": 400,
"message": "Parameter 'Subject' cannot be null or empty.\r\nclientRequestId: 931d2ad8-66b0-4d1a-b182-11c0cf674612",
"source": "office365-eus.azconn-eus-01.p.azurewebsites.net"
}

Is this bugged or am i doing something wrong.

Lastly, i am following this guide:

Hi @FlowNoob123 ,

Please try this expression:

You could check whether the value filled in each field is consistent with the data stored in Excel table in Flow run history.

@FlowNoob123

Can you post additional screen shots of your Flow please.  Specifically, can you post the Get Row or List Rows action you are using.
