Turn on and Off flow by feeding the start date and end date

Dear All,

Is it possible to start and end a Flow periodically by passing the Start and End Date (Via PowerApps or another flow) of when you expect the flow to run.

Right now i have to manually turn on and off a scheduled flow that runs everyday. I would like that process to be less manual 🙂

While I am not sure of your use case, I suggest that it might be easier to:

1. Store your date values in a SharePoint list or other easily accessibly location
2. When the Flow starts using a recurrence trigger, it checks the dates you have stored to determine if it should continue.  If not, exit the Flow using a Control terminate action (with success)

Thank you for suggesting this- your suggestion would solve my issue. Could you please explain how values/dynamic values can be passed to the recurrence trigger since this is a trigger

Can this piece be added in the later part of the flow ?

You won't be passing the dates to the trigger.  Rather, the trigger will fire every day.  Immediately after the trigger check the dates that you have stored somewhere to determine if the Flow should continue.
