Twitter - Get tweets if high activity

Hi all,

My team is using azure-services, and we find that Twitter is where issues are first reported and, more importantly, where Microsoft often first confirms issues.

Therefore, we'd like to notify people in Teams when MS, using the account @azureSupport posts relevant information about service-disruptions. Unfortunately, @azureSupport tweets about many things, thus I wanted to activate this flow only at a certain level of activity (responding to 100's of people tweeting a service is down etc.).

Is something like this possible?
