Twitter and other social media analytics

Hi,
First, thanks to all of you on the forum for all your help. As I try to read help articles and watch videos, it's great to have this help forum.

Anyways, it is possible to put in twitter analytics (stats) into a spreadsheet? 

I know on a flow there is an analytics feature but I don't want to pay for premium till I learn more about flow. What does this analytic feature in this screenshot do?

The analytic is used to analysis the flow runs as screenshot below and you could also export the data:
