I am trying to convert UTC to the date string that Excel produces so I can tell if an email should be sent or not on a particular day each month.
I have seen several post that would take the date from excel and convert it to a local time, but I was hoping to do it the other way around.
Is there a string that can do this?
Thanks
Chip
