Re: Unable to create 7000 items in a sharepoint list from excel

Hi @andygp25

I did created an excel sheet which contains 10,000 records. Below is my flow.

For the Excel connector (List Rows Present in a table) settings I did set threshold as 10,000 and set the Pagination On.

The compose expression I am using under the compose is as follows:

length(body('List_rows_present_in_a_table')?['value'])

This expression returns the total number of records returned from List rows step above.

Here are my run result:

Conclusion:

The excel connector is capable of returning 10,000 records when we set the threshold. From the run history 'List rows present in a table' I can see all the records returned as expected.

Thanks

Re: Unable to create 7000 items in a sharepoint list from excel

Hi @andygp25 ,

The action "List rows present in a table" of Excel (Business) connector have the 256 rows limit in microsoft flow currently.

If you would like the limit of action "List rows present in a table" of Excel (Business) connector would be 7000 rows,

I afraid that there is no way to achieve your needs in Microsoft Flow currently.

If you would like this feature to be added in Microsoft Flow, please submit an idea to Flow Ideas Forum:

Best regards,

Alice
