Unable to "get file content"

I have a form that has a shared group "IT & Security" as the owner and "Azure Automation" as a collaborator/co-owner. I am able to create the flow but it can't extract the content of the documents that were uploaded.

I tried a workaround of just adding a link to the document, but it throws a different error related to "apply to each" when I add it after the approval stage.

If I remove the array part and just extract the link to the document, it works if I add it in the approval part but not if I add it to the email after approval, I get a different error and it's something to do with the apply to each loop.

I tried a few solutions online to remove the loop and add it to just the link before the approval but I can't seem to get it to work.

Also is there a way to remove the shared group as the owner? (if that's the reason onedrive can't get file content)

there is no option to do so (no delete button next to shared group)
