Unable to "re-run" an approval flow?

I used to be able to go through a list of pending approvals and re-run the ones that were taking too long.

It seems that now I'm unable to do so. Is this a recent change? Any workaround?

Could you share your re-run approval Flow?

I tested on my side but not find the same issue, the approval could be sent after an approval timeout, steps as below:
