Hello everyone,
Thank you for taking the time to help me - I am rather desperate.
We are sending automated emails to different O365 mail distribution lists (different departments) that are saved in a table in an excel file. This distribution lists are confidential and are for internal use only - however we have found recently that some recipients have figured that they can use the distribution email address for example (grpxyz@org.com) to email the entire list - worse yet others are replying to those emails and now we have traffic within these lists that were supposed to be internal use only. We have taken steps to block those lists from accepting any emails my modifying their attributes - but we still do not want to recipients to see the name of the distribution list and then to potentially see the members of the list via outlook.
I was thinking the solution would be to add the dynamic email address content to the bcc field in Email V2 but then I cannot leave the "to" field empty. If I put something in the "to" field - the final result shows who that email was sent to and what list was Bcced, which is not ideal. I also noticed that the email address that was use for the "to" field gets 100s of duplicates because the whole process is looping over and over again.
Here is my flow.

(1) When I use BCC, I will either send it to myself or use a special email address/mailbox setup by our Exchange Admin such as noreply@domain.com
(2) The following should give you some guidance on how to group all the email address together, then send a single email address to group:
Example:
Ellis
