I am trying to automate the creation of ICM incidents through Power Automate. I have used the 'Create or Update ICM' action and trying to update some team specific custom fields. These fields were configured specifically for our team.
When the flow is run, ICM gets created and assigned to our team. But the custom fields are not getting updated.
It is giving error, mentioning Reason: Custom Field Key was not found.
I tried using both Container types - Tenant and Frontend but nothing worked.
What worked for me was updating the custom fields using "Edit an IcM Incident" after the incident is created/ transferred to the team where the Custom Fields exist and is titled as "Custom Fields for <Service Name>". If Custom Fields are edited prior to that, nothing happens as the Fields don't exist yet.
