Unflag vs Complete email

Hi all

Whats the difference between status "Not flagged" and "Complete"?

I have thested both with this simple flow, and the result is the same for both, when I check it through Office 365 Outlook desktop client, email is marked as "Completed"

Re: Unflag vs Complete email

Hi @efialttes ,

I have tested on my side.

When Flag Status is Complete, on Outlook client, there is a right mark displayed.

When Flag Status is Flagged, on Outlook client, there is a red mark displayed.

2.PNG

When Flag Status is Not Flagged, on Outlook client, there is no mark displayed.

Best regards,

Re: Unflag vs Complete email

@efialttes

Hi there.  A couple of questions:

  1. Does it do the same thing in the desktop Outlook vs. Outlook Web?
  2. Are you running MS To-Do also?

Take a look at this thread and see if it lines up with what you are experiencing.  It might be that To-Do is fighting with you.

Keep us posted.
