Unique Trigger

Hi,

I have a flow that assigns a number to a participant on a selection another person makes. More a participant is selected  increases the number 1, 2, 3 etc.   The selection process ends every month.

What I am trying to do is have a flow look at the number if larger then 3 assign that months event to the particpant record.

All Event are in a seperate list and have a date of Month, Day and Year.  For example  I have participants selected for month of July.  I have an event scheduled for 7/25/2019. How do I make sure the flow updates July participants to the July event?

Hi,

I  would like to know how to create the second step of assigning an event as I haven't figured out the  best approach yet.  So I am simple asking for suggestions at this time , nothing has been developed.
