Update Excel Online with New File then Delete File in OneDrive for Business

The title is a bit confusing, but it's not as complicated as it sounds. I have a flow that creates a copy a Excel spreadsheet I receive in my Outlook folder into OneDrive. I need to:

  1. Use the newly created Excel workbook in OneDrive to update a master Excel workbook that is also in OneDrive
  2. Delete the new created workbook as the master file has been updated

Is this possible?
