Update Item in Calendar B when Item gets updated in Calendar A.

I have multiple Calendars where certain items need to propogated up to other calendars based on a simple binary column. I have the propogation working well on insert, however, when I do an update on Calendar A that triggers a flow, I can't seem to find a way to "fetch" the item in Calendar B in order to update it.

Logically I would think there should be a way to "GET" the item from Calendar B my matching a "ParentID" field in Calendar B to the "ID" field in Calendar A. I can't seem to find a way to "link" the match though. When I select the update Item flow, it just asks for the site/list/field  which only gives three field options and doesn't give a way to "match" the item to the one I want to propogate from... Am I just missing a step?
I tried to GET the item first by using a get, and the site/list/[ID] option and then using a CASE to match the ParentID to Calendar A ID but it didn't have the desired effect.

Any help would be appreciated. 🙂

Hi Vetts,

Are you using SharePoint Calendar? If yes, please try if this flow configuration could be a reference for you.

Or Delete item if item gets deleted although I "think" the process would be the same.

Thank-you! I will try this, although the lack of a delete option may lead us to have to use something else. And yes, I am using a SharePoint Calendar.

Haha. I actually upvoted the delete on Monday Night when I was searching after I ran into this issue. LOL
